How do we collect it, and on what legal ground?
Data reaches us electronically through the quote and contact forms on the website, and by email and phone. Processing relies on Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary to meet a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for the controller’s legitimate interests (f). The consent checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this notice.
Who may receive your data?
Only for the purposes above and only as far as needed to provide the service, data may be shared with these recipient groups: website hosting and infrastructure providers, the email delivery service provider, the DNS, content delivery and bot protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile), and competent public authorities. Some of these providers may be located abroad; transfers abroad follow Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
How long do we keep it?
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as long as the relevant legislation prescribes. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
What are your rights?
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may apply to the controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions in the Law, and have this notified to third parties who received the data
- object to a result against you produced by analysing the data exclusively through automated systems
- claim compensation if you suffer damage through unlawful processing
